Harjot Gill, Vice President Investments, focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single tenant retail properties and shopping center assets throughout the United States. Mr. Gill brings over a decade of experience advising 1031 exchange clients, private investors, REITs, developers, and institutional clients. These relationships give Mr. Gill unparalleled access to off-market retail properties throughout the country, allowing his clients to meet and often exceed their investment objectives.
Mr. Gill recently closed transactions tenanted by well-known national retailers such as: Walgreens, Tractor Supply, Family Dollar, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar General, Goodwill, Hibbett Sports, and many fast food operators. As technology continues to shift retail behaviors, Mr. Gill prides himself on continually expanding his market knowledge and delivering investment properties that provide stable and consistent yield, along with wealth preservation. Mr. Gill earned degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Utah. He holds active real estate licenses in Florida and Utah. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, skiing, and hiking.
