David Wells
Managing Director
David Wells is the Managing Director and founder of Wells Net Lease and has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate with experience in brokerage, tenant rep, acquisitions and development. Prior to starting Wells Net Lease in 2012 he worked as a Senior VP at Marcus and Millichap and Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of single and multi-tenant net leased retail assets across the country and served as the President of Acquisitions for a private equity fund.
He has been involved in the brokerage of over $800M of retail transactions and has worked with several institutions, REITS, private clients and national retailers.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, traveling and cars.
